With there being a need to monitor the way that a business conducts their work in respect to the environment, at enviz IT we are always looking to become ‘greener’ in our business processes within both our and our clients place of work.
We have recently adopted the method of making our servers ‘virtual’, this ensures that we get the maximum efficiency from them which stops us having to buy more servers than we actually need. This reduces the running costs of the server with it using less power.
By offering FREE remote IT support we are able to conduct 90% of our work in-house. This saves the amount of fuel that we consume as we do not need to drive around as much as other IT support companies may have to do.
Another important factor is in regards to ‘destroying’ hard drives. We have recently linked up with one of our clients who manufacture industrial magnets and these magnets are then used to completely destroy the data within the hard drives. This is a much more efficient way of destroying data.

We like to ‘future proof’ our solutions so we constantly have the newest innovations under trial and we test these until we believe that they are ready to be implemented in our client’s workplace. We make absolutely sure that we offer a pro-active service to as many of our clients as we can (if and when they request it). This means that, through our remote software, we monitor your systems and install any necessary updates which include both virus and software updates.
enviz IT is the first company to offer an IT package that is completely free of charge where you are able to speak to a skilled IT technician and receive support remotely.
Many companies who offer ‘free IT solutions’ offer advice simply through a forum or through emailing information to the individual, but we do not think that this is enough. With the technology that we have in place it does not cost us anything to support you remotely and therefore we don’t think that you should have to pay for it!
