given as a base package, and for all companies this comes free of charge. This means that we ‘jump’ on to your
computers from our offices and solve any problems you have, instead of coming to your offices and is therefore environmentally friendly.

As part of our Proactive service, we use our bespoke monitoring software to continuously monitor your systems remotely so that we find the problems within your network before you even realise they are there. We will look at all parts of your systems including: backup logs, antivirus, email servers and any other services that you use within the day to day running of your business.

It is essential that your company guards itself from any unwanted threats and as standard enviz IT ensures that all machines that we work with are covered by an adequate anti virus, though if one is not in place, we implement our own anti virus which is top of the range.
- Data Backups
Backups are an essential part of your IT infrastructure, but many companies don’t think of implementing one until something has gone wrong! enviz IT will always make the recommendation to have a backup solution whether online or offline, and once implemented we will monitor its progress and will always make sure that it is running continuously.
