Stage 1 - Free IT Support

We believe that 90% of all IT problems can be solved remotely, this is why we are offering FREE IT support to you.

If you are not 100% convinced that we are legitimate in our offer, then below details a bit more about the support that we will offer:

Free IT support can be received by any SME in the Wiltshire area, regardless of your size or industry. In today’s economic climate it has become necessary to tighten the belts on budgets and in doing so, for many companies, IT is abandoned as an ‘un necessary expense’ even though regular investments of time in your business will reap you many rewards! So we want to offer you our services for free so that you can have a highly experienced IT team working for you at absolutely no charge to you!

What does it include?

Phone Support: Call us on 01793 294030 to speak to an IT technician if a problem occurs.

Email Support: If you have a non-urgent question then simply click here to email us.

Remote Access: By logging on to our secure portal you will be giving us access to your computer so that we can remotely solve any IT problems that you have.

Who will I speak to?

You will always speak to an IT technician who is based in our Swindon office. We pride ourselves in providing a completely personalised service and we will talk you through everything we carry out, so that you are never kept in the dark.

What happens if my problem can't be solved remotely?

Although we will always aim to solve your problem remotely sometimes it is necessary for us to take a more 'hands on' approach. You will be informed if this is the case as a callout charge will be applied (£35) as well as our hourly on-site rate of £45 p/hour.

What happens if I call out of hours?

As the free IT support runs between 9am to 5pm, if you were to ring out of these hours you would be immediately informed as charges would apply once confirmed.

What response times can you guarantee?

Response times will vary, we cannot guarantee a specific time in which we will get back to you, we simply promise to get back to you as soon as we can.

If our FREE support package isn’t enough, just pick and choose the additional services that you require and simply ‘add it’ to your package. We are giving you the option to compile a fully customisable IT support package where you receive the support that you want, and not just what we can give you!

Pro-Active Support

Pro-Active Support

Involves monitoring your systems, applying necessary updates and generally keeping an eye on the health of your IT infrastructure. With our investment in the latest software along with the knowledge of our teams, we will aim to become aware of any problems before you do.

System Monitoring: On the chosen systems we will monitor items such as: CPU (how hard are your systems working), available hard drive space right down to any error events that may occur.

System Updates: We will regularly ensure that you will have all the latest updates for your software; from virus updates to Windows updates.

IT Awareness: We will keep an ‘eye out’ for any new issues or advances within the IT world which could potentially affect you or your business.


24-7 Support

24-7 Support

Taking your support beyond 9am-5pm. To maximise this service you can link with the On-Site Support ‘add IT’ to ensure that any migrations or installations that need to be done out of hours (e.g. at the weekend) can be achieved free of charge!

Should you require any assistance out of the normal working hours 9am-5pm, then this is the necessary service for you.

Jump Technology

We will install our software onto your machines in order that we can support you instantaneously without having to constantly install our software every time you require support.

Through software advances we now have a quick and secure way to install our software on your systems. This only needs to be done once and you will still remain in complete control as you will have the ability to disable or uninstall our software at any time. This therefore means you will not have to constantly have to access our support portal to gain support (No Hassle!).


On-Site Support

On-Site Support

The availability of an on-site technician to your premises. This ‘add IT’ can provide you with everything from support on-site to on-site installations and upgrades. This service can be linked to the 24/7 Support ‘add IT’ to provide you with out of hours on-site support.

Installations: Any equipment that you require to be installed on-site can be done with this service. Examples include: server installation, workstation installation and any peripheral installations.

Upgrade: Whether it is a hardware upgrade (e.g. memory upgrades) or a new equipment upgrade where we can migrate information to your new systems, or a software upgrade where we simply upgrade the software in your original machines (e.g. Windows XP to Windows Vista).

On-Site Assistance: If there is a problem that requires an on-site technician whether this is because the problem is too severe to be solved remotely (e.g. if your server crashes or your broadband fails) or whether you have peace of mind with a technician on-site; this can all be done with this service.

Cabling: Should you require any additional data points/ telephone points, or you would like to expand your block then this is included in the on-site service.

Consultancy: Available if you need a professional opinion or would like some advice on any IT matters such as: the best mobile for you, broadband packages or what software you should install on your computers at work.

Should your business require a guaranteed response from one of our IT technicians, you are able to choose from either a 4 hour SLA right down to a 1 hour SLA.

A technician will be on your case within your chosen SLA period and no later! We will aim to have thought of a temporary resolution within this time. The lower the SLA time the higher the importance.
