Proactive Support
Involves monitoring your computer systems, applying necessary updates and generally keeping an eye on the health of your IT infrastructure. With our investment in the latest software along with the knowledge of our teams, we will aim to become aware of any problems before you do.
- System monitoring - On the chosen systems we will monitor items such as: CPU (how hard are your systems working), available hard drive space right down to any error events that may occur. System monitoring tools in critical areas of your system can react quickly to prevent disasters. It avoids problems with servers or back ups, this is vital for the protection of your company’s valuable data.
- System Updates - We will regularly ensure that you will have all the latest updates for your software; from virus updates to Windows updates. We want to ensure that you can always be confident that your PC is running efficiency and always fully protected.
- IT awareness - We will keep an ‘eye out’ for any new issues or advances within the IT world which could potentially affect you or your business. We will keep our fingers on the ‘IT world’ pulse, so that you don’t have to, keeping you one step ahead of the rest.
Jump Technology
We will install our software onto your machines in order that we can support you instantaneously without having to constantly install our software every time you require IT support.
Through software advances we now have a quick and secure way to install our software on your systems. This only needs to be done once and you will still remain in complete control as you will have the ability to disable or uninstall our software at any time. This therefore means you will not have to constantly have to access our support portal to gain support (No Hassle!).
On-site Support
The availability of an on-site IT technician to your premises. This will provide you with everything from support on-site to installations and upgrades. This service can be linked to the 24-7 Support service to provide you with out of hours on-site support.
On-site support will include the following:
- Installations - Any IT equipment that you require to be installed on-site can be done with this service, such as servers, workstations, printers, etc.
- Upgrades - In order to keep your computer productive, upgrades are essential, particularly on older PC’s. This includes hardware, software and new equipment upgrades where we can migrate information to your new IT system, or a software upgrade. With an updated PC you can enjoy faster performance, a dramatic increase in memory and regulated maintenance, for your peace of mind.
- On-site IT Assistance - If there is a problem that is too severe to be solved remotely or whether you want the assurance of an IT technician on-site; this can all be done with this service.
- Cabling - Should you require any additional data points/ telephone points, or you would like to expand your block then this is included in the on-site service.
- Consultancy - Available if you need a professional opinion or would like some advice on any IT matters such as: the best mobile for you, broadband packages or what software you should install on your computers at work.
Service Level Agreement
Should your business require a guaranteed response from one of our IT technicians, you are able to choose from either a 4 hour SLA, 2 hours SLA or 1 hour SLA.
An IT technician will be on your case within your chosen SLA period and no later! We will aim to have thought of a temporary resolution within this time. The lower the SLA time the higher the importance.
24-7 Support
Taking your IT support beyond 9am-5pm. To maximise this service you can link with the On-Site Support service to ensure that any migrations or installations that need to be done out of hours (e.g. at the weekend) can be achieved free of charge!
Should you require any assistance out of the normal working hours 9am-5pm, then this is the necessary IT support solution for you. We will pre-arrange with you the hours that your business operates and ensure that an IT technician will always be on standby. (If you team this Bolt-on with On-Site Support then you will cover any charges that you would otherwise incur for On-Site work carried out outside of 9am-5pm).
WebGuard
WebGuard is one of the most comprehensive web filtering solutions available allowing organisations to manage employee internet usage, improve network security and reduce bandwidth demands with flexible and detailed reporting. This will allow managers and business owners to be able to monitor their employees activity to a very thorough level.

SpamGuard
SpamGuard is the best anti-spam filter for small and medium businesses on the market today. Part of the service you receive should you take up our SpamGuard Bolt-on for your systems, is a daily report detailing which emails have been blocked and why. This prevents the false collection of non-spam emails within the SpamGuard filter that you ordinarily should have received.
Anti-Virus
Anti-Virus from enviz IT is a full system protection suite protecting you from all viruses, spyware and other malicious software. Left unprotected Spyware and other viruses can cause major damage to the integrity of your company’s systems. All systems are protected and updated 24/7 ensuring you have the latest protection all times. Do you know what is harmful to your systems and how they work?
Spyware is a type of malware that is installed on computers and collects little bits of information about users each time, without their knowledge.
Virus is a computer program that can copy itself and infect a computer and others around it each virus carries a different payload and the payload is what causes the damage to the system.
Recovery Lite
This is a fully automated online backup solution that will back up all your files and folders to an internet location where they will remain safe and secure until, in the event of a disaster, you will need to recover any corrupt or damaged documents. N.B. This will not cover you for a full system recovery (full system image).
Recovery Lite is a remote and continuous backup, we will install software at your premises and you will have the ability to manage this however, we can help you pre-determine which files and folders you require to be backed up and set this up for you. Should a disaster occur, you can access this software yourself and select which data you would like to recover.
The concept of this backup solution is to provide you with stress-free data storage, leave the responsibility to enviz IT.
To set up Recovery Lite on your systems there will be an installation fee of £50 and it will be carried out remotely.

- Simple remote setup

- Safe and secure online storage of your files and folders
Limitations of Recovery Lite:
- No full system disaster recovery option
- Only files and folders are backed up, no system state
- No local NAS (Network Attached Storage) drive
Recovery Pro
This is a fully automated disaster recovery solution that will proactively protect you file system using a complete Hard Drive image. This means that in the event of a system crash or corruption your system can be back up and running in approximately 4 hours from the start of recovery without losing a single file since the last backup taking place; remotely your systems are being backed up constantly and on-site backup will take place daily storing a full system image.
The concept of this backup solution is to provide you with a stress-free recovery option, leaving the responsibility of a full system recovery to enviz IT.
To set up Recovery Pro on your systems there will be an installation fee of £100 which will involve on-site work included in the installation costs.
