Free remote IT support can be received by any SME in the Swindon or Wiltshire area also throughout the rest of the UK, regardless of your size or industry. In today’s economic climate it has become necessary to tighten the belts on budgets and in doing so, for many companies, Information Technology is often abandoned as an ‘unnecessary expense’ even though regular investments of time in your business will reap you many rewards!

Things you should know...
- Our Free IT Support package is not available to Home Users or companies without a server.
- Our Free service will cover you between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
- This is a reactive service. You should make contact with us when you have a problem, we will not monitor your systems.
- You do not have an SLA on Free Support, there will be a 4 hour wait from logging your case to having an IT technician working on your case.
- Call out charge will not be applied if your area dialling code is 01793 (Swindon), however if you fall outside of this dialling code area you will be charged at 45p per mile.
- Standard ‘on-site’ hourly rate applies at £50 for peak hours and £75 per hour during off-peak hours.
- Any remote work carried out outside of 9am-5pm will be charged at £1 per minute and you will be dealt with at the earliest possible convenience – or you can choose to wait until the next working day.
Organisations that don‘t have a server...
- If your organisation does not have a server then we cannot offer you the Free IT Support service.
- Therefore any remote work carried out during peak hours will be charged at 65p p/min.
- Any remote work carried out during off-peak hours will be charged at £1 p/min.
- Call out charge will be applied if your area dialling code is 01793 (Swindon), however if you fall outside of this dialling code area you will be charged at 45p per mile.
- Standard ‘on-site’ hourly rate applies at £50 and £75 per hour during off-peak hours.
