We recognise that often with IT issues it is not feasible for you to have to wait for a solution as this can seriously inconvenience the smooth running of your business. Therefore, if you are on Free IT Support, or on a contract with a 4 or 2 hour SLA, we can offer you to ‘Skip the Queue’ and receive instant support, within the hour. By taking advantage of our Skip the Queue service you are increasing the priority of your service request and eliminating your organisation’s downtime.
Providing there is an IT technician available, you will have an IT technician working on your case within an hour of your case being submitted.

The following charges will apply...
- Any remote work carried out during peak hours will be charged at 65p p/min
- ‘Skip the Queue’ does not apply during off-peak hours, during this time the standard charges for out of hours work (£1 per minute).

Things you should know...
- This is a re-active service. You should make contact with us when you have a problem, we will not monitor your systems.
- Call out charge will not be applied if your area dialling code is 01793 (Swindon), however if you fall outside of this dialling code area you will be charged at 40p per mile.
- Standard ‘on-site’ hourly rate applies at £45 for peak hours and £70 per hour during off-peak hours.
